Below, we lay out the full scope of what we do, how we work, and – just as importantly – what we don’t do.
As Your Carrier Partner — Included at No Cost*

- Account changes & transfers
- Number ports & service moves
- Basic carrier issue escalation
- Order status & tracking
These are considered standard order-taking requests – the same tasks a typical account manager would perform. They are complimentary when RubyShield Advisors is the account manager of record* through our carrier partnerships. For T-Mobile accounts, this may be available even if another representative is currently assigned, pending reassignment eligibility. For Verizon accounts with an existing representative, RubyShield operates strictly in an advisory capacity, and these services are billable as part of your consulting engagement.
