Yes. As of June 2026, RubyShield Advisors is an approved subagent for both T-Mobile and Verizon, meaning we can now handle full carrier orders and activations directly on your behalf. Whether you need new lines, device upgrades, or a full account setup, we can execute it – not just advise on it.

Carrier services are provisioned through our master agent partners – Mobilfy for T-Mobile and ConectUS for Verizon. You may see these names on carrier-related invoices or documentation. RubyShield Advisors will always be transparent about this upfront before any orders are placed.

Most bill audits are completed within 5–10 business days after we receive your latest invoices. Complex accounts with multiple locations or high line counts may take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline during the Discovery Call.

That’s perfectly fine – and honestly, we hear that a lot. We’ll still perform a no-obligation review, and many clients are surprised to discover hidden fees, unnecessary charges, or better plan structures even when they thought their accounts were “fine.” The worst case? You get confirmation that you’re already in good shape.

No. Our one-time audit services have no contract. Retainers are month-to-month or quarter-to-quarter and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
