RubyShield Advisors is an approved subagent across the major carriers, meaning we can handle full carrier orders and activations directly on your behalf in most cases – new lines, device upgrades, or a full account setup. On certain carriers or deal types, we’ll guide you directly to the right path – such as your carrier rep or customer service – when that route gets you a better outcome than we can offer ourselves. Either way, we manage the process so you’re not left guessing. Hardware orders typically ship within about a week and we will communicate that with you.

Absolutely – you don’t need a consultation to order. We can source:

Carrier services are provisioned through our master agent and fulfillment partners. You may see other company names on carrier-related invoices or documentation. RubyShield Advisors will always be transparent about this upfront before any orders are placed.

Most bill audits are completed within 5–10 business days after we receive your latest invoices. Complex accounts with multiple locations or high line counts may take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline during the Discovery Call.

That’s perfectly fine – and honestly, we hear that a lot. We’ll still perform a no-obligation review, and many clients are surprised to discover hidden fees, unnecessary charges, or better plan structures even when they thought their accounts were “fine.” The worst case? No. Our one-time audit services have no contract. Retainers are month-to-month or quarter-to-quarter and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
