I spent over 12 years working hands-on with the biggest names in telecommunications – T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and UScellular – in roles ranging from frontline sales to senior leadership. I was recognized consistently for top performance, leadership excellence, and delivering results for both retail operations and business clients.

When industry downsizing hit, I had a choice: apply at another logo and start over, or do something better.

I chose better.

RubyShield Advisors exists because I wanted to keep doing what I genuinely love – helping businesses navigate telecom decisions – but without the politics, the quotas, or the pressure to push a single carrier’s agenda. For the first time, my only loyalty is to the client in front of me.

I bring the same energy and customer-first mindset I’ve always had, just with more freedom to actually do right by the people I work with. No corporate script. No hidden agenda. Just honest guidance from someone who has spent over a decade on the inside of this industry.
